Deluxe hotel, the stay was real good, particularly good location away from the Castle. We had a deluxe queen room, which was fine and warm. And it included a clean bathroom. We really enjoyed staying 2 nights here.

The rooms were warm and fine with private bathrooms.

The location is marvellous and particularly good with a private parking onsite.

My double room was warm and very well kept. The bathroom had a bathtub, which was great.

We got the king room and it was warm. All the necessary was there, including bathroom with a bathtub. The setting was PARTICULARLY GOOD, so close to the garden and a train station.

The accommodation is within walking distance of the train station, providing easy access to various attractions.

Liked the double room, it was warm the time we came in. The location away from the Castle was marvellous and particularly good for us...

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the train station and bus station, making it easy to get around the city. the room itself was modern and spacious, with a comfortable bed and plenty of lights and wall sockets. the en, suite bathroom was clean and well, maintained, with ample towels and hot water. the shared kitchen facilities were also a plus, offering a clean and well, equipped space for cooking. the room provided a great value for the money.

The communication and check, in process could be improved. Not receiving information on the room and key location beforehand caused unnecessary stress upon arrival.

The room was recently modernized and had attractive roof windows that let in plenty of natural light. The en-suite bathroom was very good and clean, with lots of towels and hot water. the proximity of the hotel to central London was a major advantage, with good rail and metro connections making it easy to get around. It was also great to find that the prices of food in the area were more affordable compared to the rest of London.

The shared kitchen facility was a bit disappointing as it was not well-maintained. Some pots of food were left on the stove overnight and the bins were not emptied regularly, causing them to become overflowing.

I had a fantastic stay at a deluxe hotel in a great location away from the hustle and bustle. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The host was very helpful and promptly resolved any issues we had during our stay. The location of the property was conveniently situated near public transportation, making it easy for us to explore the city.

We did experience some drawbacks. The lack of soundproofing in the rooms made it uncomfortable as we could constantly hear noise from other guests.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was perfect - modern, spacious, and with a comfortable bed. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the train and bus station. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always quick to respond to any questions or requests.

The breakfast menu could be improved.
